Göynük is one of the resort villages that line the coast north of Kemer town, sitting on a narrow strip of land between the sea and the steep slopes of the Taurus Mountains. The village has a long pebble beach with clear water, a seafront promenade, and a mix of hotels, guesthouses, cafes and small shops. Pine forest reaches almost to the shore, giving the area a green, fresh feel even in high summer.

The drive from Antalya Airport to Göynük is about 48 km and usually takes around 45 minutes in normal traffic. After leaving the terminal, the route skirts the edge of Antalya and then joins the coastal road heading southwest toward Kemer, with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other.

The most scenic stretch comes as the road winds along the shoreline below the Taurus Mountains, with pine forest running almost down to the water and the Mediterranean opening up beside you. It is one of the prettier airport routes in the region, and the drive itself becomes part of the holiday.
