Antalya Airport to Serik Transfer

Serik (Serik) is a district town in Antalya Province, sitting on the fertile coastal plain between the city of Antalya and Side. It is the local centre for a wide area that includes the famous golf and beach resort of Belek, so many visitors pass through or stay nearby on their way to the coast.

The town itself is a real working Turkish town rather than a purpose-built resort, with markets, shops, cafes and everyday life going on around its centre. This gives it a more authentic feel than the hotel strips, and it makes a practical base for exploring the surrounding region.

Serik is also well placed for some of the area's headline sights. The remarkably preserved Roman theatre at Aspendos and the riverside ruins and waterfalls near Koprulu Canyon lie within easy reach, while the beaches of Belek and the historic resort town of Side are only a short drive south.

The journey from Antalya Airport to Serik runs eastward along the main coastal corridor that links the airport with the Belek and Side resorts. After leaving the terminal your driver joins the well-maintained highway that crosses the plain toward Serik.

Covering about 40 km, the ride normally takes around 38 minutes. For most of the way the route follows modern dual carriageway, passing farmland, greenhouses and pine stands rather than winding mountain roads, so it is a smooth and predictable drive.
