Antalya Airport to Keykubat Beach Transfer

Keykubat Beach (Keykubat Plajı) runs along the eastern bay of Alanya, on the opposite side of the castle peninsula from the well-known Cleopatra Beach. It is a long, mostly flat shoreline of soft sand mixed with patches of fine pebble, edged by a wide palm-lined promenade that is ideal for strolling and cycling.

The sea is clean and shelves gently, which suits families and less confident swimmers, and parts of the beach have held Blue Flag status for water quality. Sunbeds and parasols are available in season along much of the front, with cafes, kiosks and small restaurants set back behind the promenade.

The best season runs from late spring to autumn, when the sea is warm. Bring sun protection, a hat and water, as natural shade is limited unless you rent a parasol; swim shoes are handy on the pebblier stretches.

The drive from Antalya Airport to Keykubat Beach covers about 128 km and takes roughly 92 minutes in normal traffic. After leaving the terminal, your driver joins the coastal highway heading east towards Serik, Manavgat and on to Alanya, a well-maintained dual carriageway that carries most of the region's traffic.

Much of the journey runs close to the Mediterranean, with the Taurus Mountains rising inland to the north and stretches of pine forest, banana plantations and sea views along the way. As you near Alanya the castle headland comes into view, and the road continues to the eastern bay where Keykubat Beach lies.
