Antalya Airport is organised around two international terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, plus a separate Domestic Terminal for flights to and from cities such as Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara. Your terminal is set by your airline and route and is printed on your boarding pass. The buildings sit a short distance apart and are linked by a free shuttle bus, so transfers between them are simple. Each terminal has its own arrivals hall, baggage reclaim and meeting area, which is why it helps to confirm which one your flight lands at before you arrive. Most European charter and scheduled holiday flights use Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, while Terminal 2 is also well known for its large food hall and shopping area.

If you have time before a departure, AYT offers comfortable airside lounges. The CIP and Primeclass lounges in the international terminals are open around the clock and include unlimited snacks and drinks, quiet seating, flight monitors, free Wi-Fi, newspapers, a children's area and clean washrooms. Access is usually pay-at-door, through a prepaid pass, or via lounge memberships and eligible credit cards such as Priority Pass. There is also a separate CIP arrival and departure terminal service offering personal meet and greet, fast-track through passport control and baggage help, which some travellers book for a calmer start or end to a trip. Lounge stays are typically capped at around two hours, with extra time charged per hour.

AYT is well stocked with places to eat and shop. Terminal 2 is known for its large food hall, where cafe-style counters sit alongside full restaurants serving Turkish staples like kebabs, pide and meze, plus international fast food and coffee chains. Across both international terminals you will find bakeries, snack bars and grab-and-go outlets for a quick bite before or after a flight. The shopping area is extensive, spanning thousands of square metres, with fashion, electronics, souvenirs and Turkish delight, baklava and tea as popular gifts. Prices airside are higher than in town, so many holidaymakers buy snacks and water for the transfer before leaving, especially if they are heading to a distant resort like Side or Alanya.

Duty-free at Antalya Airport is run by ATU and operates on both the departures and arrivals sides, so you can shop on the way in as well as out. The range covers perfume, cosmetics, spirits, tobacco, confectionery and local Turkish products, and it runs around the clock during the busy season. In the arrivals areas you will find ATMs and currency-exchange desks if you need Turkish lira, though rates at the airport are rarely the best you will see. Many visitors withdraw only a small amount here for tips and small purchases and change more later in the resort. Card payment is widely accepted, and a pre-booked private transfer can be paid by cash or card on arrival, so you do not need lots of lira straight away.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminals, which is handy for messaging your driver, checking your hotel booking or downloading offline maps before you leave. Connection usually requires a quick sign-in, sometimes with a phone number for a verification code. If you want mobile data for your whole stay, the main Turkish operators, Turkcell, Vodafone and Turk Telekom, have SIM-card desks in the airport, though prices there are higher than in city shops. A local eSIM bought before flying is often the cheapest option. AYT has multi-storey and open car parks directly in front of the terminals, with short-stay and long-stay options charged by time; valet parking is also available. This is the standard meeting point for all private transfers.
