5M Migros AVM in the Arapsuyu area of Konyaaltı was the first shopping centre to open in Antalya, back in 2001, and it remains a firm favourite with both locals and visitors. The mall gathers roughly 130 stores across its floors, mixing international names with strong Turkish brands. For fashion you will find shops such as Zara, Mango, LC Waikiki, Mavi, Lacoste and Boyner, while technology fans head to MediaMarkt and Xiaomi, and footwear and leather come from names like Derimod, Tergan and Hotiç.

On the ground floor sits the large 5M Migros hypermarket, handy for water, snacks and holiday basics. The upper floor holds the dining and leisure zone, with an eight-screen cinema and a food court of McDonald's, KFC and Burger King alongside Turkish dishes, some tables enjoying sea and mountain views. The mall generally opens daily from 10:00 to 22:00, often later in summer. With lifts, escalators and casual eateries it is easy with children.

5M Migros AVM lies on the western, Konyaaltı side of the city, so your route crosses Antalya from the airport in the east. The drive follows the main multi-lane roads and ring road that link AYT with the city centre, passing through built-up districts rather than open countryside, before reaching Atatürk Bulvarı near the Konyaaltı coast.

From here the long Konyaaltı Beach, the Antalya Aquarium and the cable car up Tünektepe are all close, and the old town of Kaleiçi is a short drive east. If you plan to return to the airport later, book the return leg at the same time, giving your pickup address and flight number so the driver allows enough margin for check-in. Calmer transfer times are mid-morning and early afternoon.
